Marble instantly makes a villa feel luxurious — but the wrong choice can stain, scratch or crack. Here is what we tell our clients during the free site visit.
1. Natural or engineered?
Natural marble has unique veins and a cool feel underfoot, perfect for majlis and entrance halls. Engineered stone is more uniform and resists stains, which makes it ideal for kitchens and busy family areas.
2. Polished or honed?
A polished finish reflects light and looks grand, but it is slippery when wet. For bathrooms, outdoor steps and areas near the pool, choose a honed or brushed finish.
3. Plan for maintenance
Marble loves care: seal it once a year and polish high-traffic floors regularly. Our maintenance plans include marble grinding and polishing so it always looks new.
